I was given a CORGI Black Beauty by my Aunt for my third Christmas back in 1967 and I still have that model. I bought the reissue and everything from the car itself to the packaging are a perfect reminder of that wonderful gift. I am actually giving this new one to a friend who also appreciates the Green Hornet and the fine collectibles that CORGI continues to produce! Thanks so much!!!
I remember playing with one back when I was young, and just imagined going back as I worked the hook and loved how it works perfectly.
Standard for a real collector.
Not as a snob, but for the quality of the workmanship
I’m no shill. I’m real.
true to the original. Ejector seat and all! I'd like the club to consider releasing some of the Corgi major models (american la france hook-n-ladder and holmes wrecker are classics.
Having a first edition for comparison shows how nice the newest version is. Looks the part! Hope to have a copper one too. Then I’ll have 8 Elans
very nice Transporter now you just need to make some more race cars that fit it
The box and toy were the exact replica of the one I used to own when I was a kid. It was just like I remember!

014 - 1967 MONTE-CARLO WINNER B.M.C. MINI COOPER 'S'
I remember when I was a child being at a toy store and seeing these Corgi cars in the 1960s but not able to purchase one. I am glad to see that they are being reissue and I’m planning on buying more in the future. Thanks to bring back the memories.
Another precious addition to my Mini Cooper collection !
When I first purchased this, I thought that it would be a nice add on to my frowning collection. Now, after playing with it, using it, I realized how cool it really is.
Every collection needs at least one!
My Corgi Green Hornet Black Beauty is, indeed, a beauty. However, the mechanism for the rear flying radar scanner works intermittently; mostly it doesn't work. Still, very nice toy!
